When a driver requests a new service contact through SiriusXM, the SiriusXM Client Onboarding Solution serves the right documentation to the client based on their vehicle model and equipment. This includes terms and conditions and contracts. The solution allows customers to sign their contract documents virtually from anywhere and sends a confirmation email with access to their documents.
This solution provides a centralized location for SiriusXM’s legal, accounting and customer service teams to access and review customer contracts. This streamlined, unified solution allows for greater accessibility and ease-of-use for all of SiriusXM’s teams and customers.
