SevenTablets, Inc has openings at our Addison, TX* Office: Design and implement robust data architectures, including data warehouses, databases, and big data infrastructures. Create, maintain, and optimize conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support the development of data-driven applications. Conduct performance tuning and load balancing. Create back-up and disaster recovery plan for databases. Implement advanced security measures and protocols to protect sensitive data from breaches, unauthorized access, and potential cyber threats, while also ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards. Write and code logical and physical database descriptions. Specify users and user access levels for each segment of database. Approve, schedule, plan the installation new databases.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications & Network Engineering or related and 5 years of progressively responsible software development experience including at least 2 years with Airtable, Alteryx software, Angular, Apache Hive , Docker, DynamoDB, GraphQL, Hadoop, Informatica, Jenkins, Matplotlib, PostgreSQL,Power BI, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, SAP Power Designer, Snowflake, Spark, Splunk Enterprise, Tableau, Teradata.
