Student-athletes complete their Next Up profile by adding their name, sports, body metrics and teams to the app. This provides the baseline and allows them to connect with their teammates through a team-specific code.

Athletes can create their own specific goals, such as completing the 800-meter dash in a certain amount of time.
• Continual Progress Tracking
Every time the student logs a workout or challenge in the Next Up app, the app records it and adds it to their previous data. This allows users to see a graphic representation of their fitness progress over time.
• Reporting Breakdown
Unlike most fitness apps, the Next Up app allows users to keep track of their progress by specific body parts. For instance, users can see their upper body workout progress versus their lower body progress.
