Kishore Khandavalli, award-winning entrepreneur and experienced keynote speaker, founded 7T in August 2012 and leads the company as CEO. 7T was not Kishore’s first successful endeavor. In 2001, he founded iTech US, an Inc. 500 award-winning software consulting and IT staffing firm, steering it to become the third fastest-growing technology company in the United States and fastest in New England.
In 2018, Kishore was featured in the Dallas Business Journal and honored by the organization in 2017 as an honoree in the Minority Business Leader Awards. Prior to founding 7T, Kishore was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2009 and 2010, and Wells Fargo Asian Business Leader finalist in 2010.
Before venturing into software and IT staffing, Kishore earned his Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Akron in Ohio. Post-graduation, Kishore worked in research and development as an engineer at Enerfex, a technology think tank, where he developed a unique, patented technology to capture greenhouse gases and reuse them as industrial refrigerants.
When Kishore isn’t cultivating teams of passionate thought leaders in IT and software development, he enjoys flying his personal airplane, attending Cowboys games, community service, and spending time with his wife and two children.
